Dr. Osborn resides in West Palm Beach, FL with his girlfriend Melissa Hankins. He is the father of three beautiful children: Jack, Ellis and Makenna.

Jay lives in Southern CA along with Monica and is the father of two girls, Alexandra and Gabriella.

Monica is a nationally acclaimed real estate sales professional who has sold over 350 million in residential real estate in Southern California with Keller Williams and The Monica Diaz Team. A Former US Navy SEAL renown as one of America’s elite warriors from his 20 years of military and government service. After working in Hollywood on TV shows like “The Ultimate Soldier” and in the movie “Captain Phillips,” he became the lead gear tester and television host for Warrior TV. Ray has also worked as a conditioning coach for the UCLA Bruins football team. Ray’s passion is training and coaching individuals to harness tactical mindset skills or what he refers to as the “Warrior Within.” Ray resides in Virginia Beach with his wife, Tricia Renna Care and is the father of two beautiful children: Mike and Nyla.
A former Division 1 sprinter and hurdler who was a conference champion at Illinois State University. She was State Champion as a high school senior in the 100m hurdles and was voted into the Indiana HS Athletic Hall of Fame.
Melissa is known for her amazing feats of strength- including squatting 3x her body weight (close to 450 pounds) and lifting nearly 2x her weight in the bench press (210 pounds). Trained by renown college and Olympic level coaches over a 15 year competitive athletic career, she is an excellent teacher for both women and men in proper strength training technique, mobility and exercise performance. Melissa is the girlfriend of Dr. Brett Osborn. Together they have a beautiful 3 year-old daughter (Makenna) who is already following in Momma’s prodigious athletic footsteps.
A Former high level NPC Bodybuilder who competed in more than 23 shows in his competitive career. Jim has over 30 years of experience in the field of nutrition and resistance training. While a co-owner of a health food supplement store for 7 years, he consulted for Olympic teams, amateur and professional athletes. Jim has helped change hundreds of lives and assisted high-level competitors in their quests for peak performance. Jim possesses a wealth of health and fitness knowledge and immerses himself in medical literature, always in pursuit of potentially applicable cutting-edge research data. 8:30 AM – 2 PM: First group of patients for evaluation by Dr. Osborn. All patient blood panels are evaluated by Dr. Osborn during the consultation. A range of advanced screenings including but not limited to Carotid Ultrasound, Echocardiogram, and Peripheral Vascular Screen are performed as well.
12:30-4PM: Weight Training and Mobility Work @ Crossfit Waterway
6:30 – 9:30: Working Catered Dinner and Lectures by Dr Brett Osborn on Anti-Aging and Jay Campbell on Hormonal Optimization
Friday, October 14
8:30 AM-2 PM: Second group of patients for Evaluation by Dr. Osborn. All patient blood panels are evaluated by Dr. Osborn during the consultation. A range of advanced screenings including but not limited to Carotid Ultrasound, Echocardiogram, and Peripheral Vascular Screen are performed as well.

Saturday, October 15
6 AM: SEAL training on the beach: 90 minute personal training (PT) session including “water events” and log PT
2 PM: Crossfit Waterway: Strength-Endurance training under the guidance of Former Navy SEAL Ray “Cash” Care and NPC Bodybuilder Jim Brown)
6 PM: Dinner and Awards Ceremony at The Woods Restaurant with Wrap Up and Q&A.
